Context
Devscale Indonesia exists because many early engineers need more than tutorials. They need practical feedback, product context, engineering habits, and a path from learning syntax to shipping real software.
I founded Devscale to create a more applied learning environment for Indonesian software engineers.
What I focused on
I designed the learning experience around practical projects, technical mentoring, fullstack development, backend systems, AI tooling, and the communication skills needed to work on real product teams.
The goal was to help students build judgment, not just complete exercises.
Outcome
Devscale has trained 600+ students across 8 programs and 24 cohort batches through hands-on engineering education.
