The core challenge was turning a broad research workflow into a system that could support repeatable analysis.
What I focused on
As Engineering Lead, I helped guide the technical direction, implementation flow, and collaboration between engineering work and research needs.
The work required careful handling of AI-assisted analysis, backend architecture, evaluation quality, observability, and reliable scraping and ingestion for research workflows.
Outcome
The project created a stronger foundation for structured startup research while contributing to AlphaX workflows that generated 88K+ research reports and 45K+ analyses.
